What comes with my dues?
Minimum of 6 games, umpire fees, drinks/munchies at the MANDITORY WEDNESDAY SOCIAL. If you are staying at the hotel your dues include a social every evening. Beer, wine, vodka, margaritas, etc.

What if I am not staying at the hotel?
You will miss out on a good time! YOU MUST BE AT THE MEETING ON WEDNESDAY.

When will I meet everyone?
Wednesday night before the games start at the hotel. The room information will e-mailed a week before it all goes down.

How many teams is Eagles bringing?
We like to bring 3. Last year we brought 2, we will take as many teams as people sign up. We try to keep teams to 15 players.

How do I know what team I will be on?
Coaches of teams playing at festival will know ASAP. Teams change all the time because of schedule conflicts. You may be moved from one team to another until the day before. I will make sure you are playing with the people you requested to play with.

How do I get to the hotel from the airport?
Rent a car, take a train, a bus, ask a friend. That is your responsibility.

How do I get to the field each day?
A few coaches will have cars, but usually have to be to the field early. I will send out an e-mail with people staying at our hotel. We should probably only need 1 car per room. If you ride in someone's rental car, offer to pay for gas and/or part of the car.

What if I cannot make the game on Sunday?
You need to let me know ASAP. There is a $500 forfeit fee if we do not have enough players. Games are over at 2pm on Sunday. Please plan to fly out after 6pm.

I am a coach, what happens if there is a conflict?
We will try to get you on the team with the least number of conflicts. Please make a note in the comments section of the registration forum so I know. I will put you on a team and you will not be moved from that team. Please let USFHA know that you are also playing so they do not schedule games at the same time.

I am a college coach recruiting, what if I need to come late or leave early for a game?
Let your teammates knows! Please make a note in the comment section of the registration form so I know you are a college coach.
